Once again I’m combining daily prompts to answer NaPoWriMo’s call…except, I’m forgoing the optional challenge of a villanelle poem. Back in the day, 2011 to be exact, I could whip up any poetry form named…and if you want proof, I’ll comb my files and find a nice sonnet or something🙂
I’m an old poet, just happy to be part of April’s writing madness…so you take what you get, if you visit here. Have a blessed weekend, everyone—somebody, sleep for me in case I don’t have time♥
Absolute fool, seduced
What was, was not
Story, exquisite prism on windowsill.
No…only delusion; hormone-flooded romantic euphoria…swiftly evaporating vapor.
